A treasure trove of classic cars worth around 20 million pounds (about
USD 392 billion) has been discovered by a dealer in one of the biggest
private deals in British history.John Collins, who runs the Ferrari specialist Talacrest, in Ascot,
Berkshire, England, has bought a collection of 27 cars which includeFerrari, Mercedes, Porsche, and Lamborghini.
Among them was the Aston Martin One-77 and the Ferrari 288 GTO, one of the most cherished classic cars.Most of these cars are already driving, such as output LP500S 1982 Lamborghini has had a mileage of 500 miles.Collins contacted regarding the collection, which had been hidden in storage outside London, and has made a purchase agreement.
It is estimated that the cars were worth about 20 million pounds,
making it one of the largest sales of private collections in British
history.In total, there are four Aston Martin, 11, a Ferrari, a Jaguar, Lamborghini four, five Mercedes, and two Porsche.
"The owner has collected over the last 20 years," said Collins."He decided to sell it. He did not want to sell them separately," he added as quoted by the Daily Mail, Monday (09/03/2015).
