Manufacturing high-performance vehicle from the US, Shelby American, this year's official 50th years anniversary. To celebrate the anniversary, Shelby American released a limited edition of 427 Cobra.
As a limited edition, 427 Cobra built with retro designs of the 1960s as it was when it was first built. Leftlanenews page launch, Monday (01/05/2015), Shelby American muscle car reportedly produce only some 50 units.
Despite carrying the classic design, the materials used on the Cobra 427 is entirely using modern materials that include carbon fiber body material. In the limited edition, Shelby American provides a choice of colors combined with Guardsman Blue colored lines Wimbledon white and silver color chrome.
"When Carroll Shelby Shelby Cobra introduced in January 1965 ago helped change the way the world sees American vehicle manufacturers," said Jon Conway, deputy CEO of Shelby.It is said, through the limited edition Cobra 427 is a tribute to one of America's best sports cars ever built.
In the interior, the 427 Cobra comes with steering wheel-shaped classic three-spoke design and carpets typical 50th birthday. Shelby also provide some interior options include leather wrapped seats for the buyer, which would incur additional charges.
As a limited edition, Shelby American Cobra 427 was sold by auction to be held in Arizona by the Barrett-Jackson auction house next month. For 427 Cobra with a body that uses a mixture of fiberglass will be priced US $ 179,995, while the 427 Cobra with a mixture of aluminum body is US $ 119,995.
Unfortunately, the two variants of the body that are sold are not included with the engine and transmission. Shelby American will determine the additional costs for consumers who want to use the engine and transmission formula.
